IT Glue lets you specify the primary location of the organization.
If a client moves or their primary location changes for any other reason, make sure you update the primary location in IT Glue.
If syncing with a PSA
Edit the primary location in your PSA, so that any dependent items within the PSA are adjusted as required.
To force the change to update in IT Glue:
- Navigate to the organization you are specifying the primary location for.
- Click the Edit button at the top right of the screen.
- Scroll down to the PSA sync status section and click Sync now.
- Click Save.
If not syncing with a PSA
- Click Organizations from the top navigation bar.
- In the list view, click the name of the organization to open it.
- Click the Edit button at the top right of the screen.
- Under Primary location, select the location, or click Add new to enter a location.
- Click Save.
