Prerequisites

• You must be an Administrator or a Manager who has access to all organizations.

Instructions

There are four ways to upgrade to MyGlue:

• Using the Upgrade option in your MyGlue account
• Using the Upgrade option under “Plan”
• Using the Upgrade option in Billing under “Plan”
• Using on Upgrade when prompted

Using the Upgrade option in your account

1. Log in to IT Glue and navigate to Account > MyGlue. Then, click on the Upgrade button in the top-right corner.

   
   

2. This will open a purchase window. Click Purchase.

   
   

Using the Upgrade option in Plan

1. Log in to IT Glue and navigate to Account > Plan. Then, click on Upgrade.

   
   

2. This will open the upgrade purchase window. Click Purchase.

   
   

Using the Upgrade option in Billing

1. Log in to IT Glue and navigate to Account > Billing.
2. This will open the upgrade purchase window. Click Purchase.

   
   

Using the Upgrade option when prompted

1. If you have reached your total number of MyGlue licenses and you attempt to add one or more MyGlue users on your account, you will be prompted to Upgrade to add unlimited MyGlue users.

   
   

2. Click OK.
