We've launched a new integration to enhance your experience when using IT Glue.
We are pleased to announce that IT Glue is now integrated with RapidFire Tool's Reporter Appliance.
How does it work?
The Reporter Appliance allows you to automate, schedule, and deliver the assessment reports generated by Network Detective. Once you install Reporter on your company network, it can generate automated reports for multiple client sites.
Reporter then works together with a Remote Data Collector (RDC) - an automated data collector used to execute network and local computer scans necessary to perform Network, Security, Office 365/Exchange, SQL Server, HIPAA, and PCI assessment. An RDC is installed at each client site where it is configured to perform unattended scans on the network.
The integration uses an API link to write the collected data from the Reporter directly into IT Glue. Relationships are automatically created between assets allowing you to streamline your applications and services.
How does this benefit you?
- Discovers assets, computers, servers, applications, and services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Relationships are automatically created between assets.
- Data is synced as structured documentation and flexible assets are created automatically.
- Enriches all existing configurations in IT Glue that is already being synced from your PSA and RMM tools.
