Add a note to an organization

Notes capture details about the organization that you want to give visibility to.

For example:

  • You create a note that gives your team a critical project update and lists a point of contact for more information.
  • You create a note to inform your team about a recent staff termination at the client organization.
  • You create a message to alert anyone who views that organization about a recent system change such as a server upgrade.

Instructions

  2. Click the Edit Quick Notes button. This will open an on-screen Quick Notes editor.
  3. In the Quick Notes field, type your note.
