ConnectWise is migrating from their SOAP API to a new REST API on December 31, 2019. For all of our partners integrated with ConnectWise Manage, you will need to generate a new set of REST API credentials which include a public key and a private API key.
Please note that this will not disrupt your current ConnectWise Manage integration. Entering the REST API credentials will allow for a seamless transition, so we strongly encourage you to take some time as soon as possible to enter your credentials.
